1. How do I book an event at Eventology 23?

Please complete the online form and our event management team will contact you directly. Alternatively, you can also call or email us. Click here for contact information.

2. When can I visit Eventology 23 to view the event space?
We offer guided site visits of our venue by appointment only. To schedule your appointment, please call us at (404) 893-8706 or complete our contact form. 

3. Do you allow outside vendors?
Yes, we do allow outside licensed and insured vendors.

4. Where are you located? And is parking available?
Eventology 23 is conveniently located 10 minutes south of Downtown Atlanta at 1611 Jonesboro Rd.  We provide free, gated parking for our guests. You will find a map to our facilities here.

5. What vendors are exclusive to your venue?

We have an extensive network of talented event service professionals that we are more than happy to recommend as preferred vendors for Eventology 23. However, you are welcome to contract other licensed and insured vendors.  

6. Am I allowed to bring in food and beverage?

Yes, you are welcome to provide your own food and beverages for your event. Our preferred vendors are recommendations only.

7. Do you rent individual rooms?

Yes, individual rooms and the venue's outside area are available to rent.

8. How many guests can your event facility host?

Eventology 23 can host up to 80 seated guests and standing room for 100 in the Alice Elizabeth Ballroom. The outside space can accommodate 125 seated guests and standing room for 175.

9. At what times may events be held?
The length of the event and time availability varies by event. Pro-rated additional hours may be rented, based upon the contractual agreement.

10. Is smoking allowed at Eventology 23?
No, Eventology 23 is a non-smoking facility. Guests are allowed to smoke outside of event venue only. 

11. When are the contract, deposit, and final payment due?
When you are ready to reserve a date, we will send your contract via email. We require the signed contract/rental agreement and 50% of the rental fee within seven days. The contract and payment can be returned via email, mail, or in person. We accept payment by check, credit card, or PayPal. We will include a credit card authorization form you can fill out when we send you your contract. Checks should be made payable to “Eventology 23, LLC." We collect the remaining 50% of the rental fee two weeks before the event.
