You must provide the following information in order to start the Facility Reservation process:
1. Complete the Venue Availability Form.
2. An Eventology 23 staff member will contact you within 24-48 hours.
3. At that time, we will discuss pricing and other logistics such as setup and breakdown times, types of equipment and vendors needed, etc. Please know that pricing varies based on venue, day, and time frame.
Additional forms will be available during the consultation.
The completed rental application, any required deposits, and rental payment shall be submitted to Management at least 15 business days prior to the date of use.
If Eventology 23 decides to proceed with the rental, the following will occur:
A contract must be on hand at all times. Should extended time be requested after a contractual agreement, additional fees will apply.
